What's New

Livermore Sanitation is committed to helping our community reduce its carbon footprint. In fact, we've created programs to help the Livermore City Council reach its goal of reducing the amount of garbage sent to the landfill by 75%.

From using a fleet of natural gas trucks to offering paperless billing, we are constantly upgrading our service. Livermore Sanitation does more than dispose of trash; we help our communities go green.

Our new programs include:

  • Color coded containers take the guesswork out of recycling.
